It’s been quite a while since Mama updated this post. Let’s cut to the chase. Haifa Daniya is officially a kakak today! Went to Kkh for an appointment today at 38wks+1 stage of pregnancy, when Dr Lee told me.I was already 6cm dilated, and baby’s gonna come out soon. I did feel a little pain here and there the day before but did not feel contractions, so I did not expect baby to be out so soon. Checked in to the labour ward, waterbag broke, contractions, inhaled lots of gas, less than 90mins after the waterbag broke, our dear princess appeared after about 15minutes of intense pushing @ 6:05pm. Alhamdulillah it was a healthy 2.71kg baby girl. All thanks to Allah. Forgot my hospital bag so Daddy had to go back to Sengkang to take it. Then he forgot to bring my labour stash and diffuser up so my biggest regret was not giving birth in an oily environment, the way I planned. But everything happened too fast anyway. We have decided to name our little one, Hilya Dahlia 🌸
